Things to Do in Anniston This Weekend

Anniston keeps a fuller calendar than people give it credit for. Museum nights at Longleaf, library programs downtown, races on the parkway, a bridal show, a plant sale. This page is the running list, kept current from the organizers' own calendars.

Around town

The Anniston Museums & Gardens campus and the Longleaf Event Center host a big share of what's listed here. Southern Legends has written about both: Anniston Museums & Gardens and the birders behind SkyTrail.

For the rest of the county (Oxford, Jacksonville, Piedmont, Ohatchee), see things to do in Calhoun County. For the people and places behind these events, start with Anniston on Southern Legends and the arts and theater guide.

Know of something we missed? Tell us. Events are free to list. Southern Legends doesn't sell placement on this page.

A living list, honestly kept. Know an event we missed? Tell us.
